Any no shows or on the day cancellations will be charged the full cost of the treatment, you will not be rebooked if this is not paid.
Gift vouchers must be used within the use by date given (it is at my discretion to extend this). Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or no shows will forfeit the voucher. All vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If you book for a treatment which costs more than your voucher value, it is your responsibility to pay the additional amount.
